Commercial Cleanrs

How Commercial Cleanrs works

Getting matched with a commercial cleaning company takes three steps: a short form, a free consultation, and a plan you approve. There is no fee, no obligation, and no vendor hunt. Here is exactly what happens at each step.

The three steps

  1. 1

    Apply Online

Tell us about your facility in the short form. Facility type, square footage, locations, and how often you need service. It takes about 60 seconds.

  2. 2

    Free Consultation

A matched partner from our network reaches out for a short consultation. They walk your requirements, answer questions, and scope a cleaning plan. No cost, no obligation.

  3. 3

    Cleaning Starts

Once you approve the plan, your partner cleaning company goes to work on the schedule you agreed on. You stay in control of scope and frequency.

What information should I have ready?

You need your facility type, approximate square footage, location, and how often you want service. Everything else can be worked out during the consultation.

If you have them, the number of restrooms, floor types, hours when crews can access the building, and any compliance requirements (healthcare protocols, food safety, site safety training) help the partner arrive at the walkthrough prepared. Multi-location requests should include a rough count of sites and the markets they are in.

How are partners matched to my request?

Requests are matched on three criteria: facility specialty, service area, and current capacity. A partner has to clear all three before your request reaches them.

Specialty means they have cleaned facilities like yours, not just facilities in general. Service area means they can staff your location reliably, not drive two hours to it. Capacity means they can actually start; a great company with no open crews is not a match this month. This is why the form asks what it asks.

What does the consultation cover?

The consultation is a scoping conversation, usually with a walkthrough of your facility. The partner confirms what needs cleaning, how often, and when crews can work, then delivers a written plan and quote.

Use it to ask the questions that matter: proof of insurance, staff screening, who supervises the crew, how missed items get reported and fixed, and how quickly they can add a one-time service. Partners in the network expect these questions. A partner who cannot answer them clearly is not the right one, and you can ask for another match.

What does "zero risk" mean in practice?

It means nothing is owed and nothing is signed until you decide to sign. Commercial Cleanrs is paid by partners in the network, not by the businesses we match, so the form and consultation cost you nothing.

You contract directly with the partner on terms you negotiate with them. If the consultation does not lead anywhere, you have lost an hour and gained a clearer scope for whoever you hire next.

Questions about the process

What happens after I submit the form?
Your request is reviewed and routed to a partner in the network whose specialty, capacity, and coverage area fit your facility. That partner contacts you directly, usually within one to two business days, to schedule a short consultation.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The consultation and the written cleaning plan that follows are free. You pay nothing to Commercial Cleanrs, and nothing to the partner unless you sign a service agreement with them.
Do I have to accept the partner I am matched with?
No. You are matched with one partner at a time. If the fit is wrong for any reason, tell us and we route the request to a different partner. You are never obligated to move forward.
Who do I actually contract with?
You contract directly with the cleaning company. Commercial Cleanrs makes the introduction; the service agreement, pricing, schedule, and any documentation your facility requires are between you and the partner.
Can I request a specific start date?
Yes. Put your target start date in the notes field. Recurring service often begins within one to two weeks of a signed scope; one-time projects can be faster.
