This Privacy Policy explains how Prospectr Marketing, Inc., operating as Commercial Cleanrs ("Commercial Cleanrs," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit commercialcleanrs.com (the "Site"), submit a request to be matched with a commercial cleaning company, or apply to join our partner network. By using the Site you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit information through the Site.

Who we are

Commercial Cleanrs is a matching network, not a cleaning company. We connect businesses that need commercial cleaning with independent cleaning companies in our network ("Partners"). Partners are separate businesses. When we share your request with a Partner, that Partner's handling of your information is governed by its own privacy practices.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Business intake form: your name, company, work email, phone number, city and state, facility type, approximate square footage, service frequency, and any notes you add.
• Partner application: company name, your name, work email, phone number, markets served, and facility specialties.
• Email: anything you send to [email protected].

Information collected automatically

• The page you submitted a form from, the page you first landed on, the referring site, and campaign parameters in the URL (such as utm_source and utm_campaign).
• Standard server and hosting logs, including IP address, browser type, and the date and time of requests. The Site is hosted on Amazon Web Services, which maintains its own logs.
• If we add analytics or advertising tags to the Site, they may set cookies or similar technologies. We will update this policy to describe them before they are enabled.

How we use information

• To route your request to one Partner whose specialty, service area, and capacity fit, and to route a different Partner if you ask for a different match.
• To review partner applications and confirm each Partner's service profile: markets served, facility specialties, and capacity.
• To contact you about your request or application by phone, text message, and email, as described in the consent language on each form.
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site and to measure which pages and campaigns generate requests.
• To comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use.

How we share information

• With the matched Partner. When you submit a business intake request, we share the information in your request with the Partner matched to it so that Partner can contact you and schedule a consultation. If you ask for a different match, we share it with the replacement Partner. We do not sell your request to a list of companies.
• With service providers that host the Site, deliver email, and process form submissions on our behalf, under instructions to use the information only to provide those services.
• For legal reasons, when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Commercial Cleanrs, our Partners, or others.
• In a business transfer, if Commercial Cleanrs is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell personal information for money. Sharing your request with the Partner matched to it is the service you asked for. Under some state privacy laws that sharing may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; you can opt out of any future sharing at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Do not share my information."

Phone calls and text messages

Each form on the Site includes a consent checkbox. By checking it you give Commercial Cleanrs and, for business intake requests, the Partner matched to your request, your express written consent to contact you at the number you provided by phone call and text message, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts from that sender, or email [email protected] to withdraw consent for calls.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may exercise these rights by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Privacy rights request." We will verify your identity using the email address or phone number you submitted and respond within the time required by applicable law, generally 45 days. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

Because Partners are independent businesses, a request to delete information already shared with a Partner should also be sent to that Partner. We will tell you which Partner received your request when you ask.

Data retention

We keep business intake requests and partner applications for as long as needed to provide the matching service, resolve questions about a match, and meet legal and accounting obligations, and then delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete your information sooner using the contact above.

Security

Form submissions are sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and processed on hosted infrastructure with access limited to the people who need it to operate the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Site is a business-to-business service and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Third-party sites

The Site may link to Partner websites and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own; review their policies before providing information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.
